Log in to Starting at UQ to see your profile, helpful contacts and other tailored information just for you. Your student username begins with a lower case ‘s’ followed by the first seven digits of your student number. Your username will be emailed to you when you accept your offer and activate your account. Need a hand? We're here to help.

We’re excited you’re going to join us at UQ! The following resources will step you through everything you need to know about becoming a UQ student. If you are an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework student: Follow the steps on the Starting at UQ website. If you are a higher degree by research (HDR) student:

• You must enrol in your courses online via mySI-net. • You can access mySI-net here: https://www.sinet.uq.edu.au • Or you can follow the link from your my.UQ dashboard: Enrolling in Courses 12 •

All digital exams: Contact AskUs Support as soon as you become aware of a technical issue occurring. If your problem can't be resolved during the exam, you can apply for a deferred examination.

Access to the UQ Digital Workspace is granted by course code at the start of each semester. To check if you have access, follow the instructions to open the UQ Digital Workspace.

Now that you've accepted your offer, the next step is to activate your student account so you can complete online orientation through the Starting at UQ website. To activate your account, log in to Application Services on the QTAC website, click the 'Enrol at UQ' button and follow the steps.
