Use this username to log in to mySI-net, my.UQ, Single sign-on, and campus computers. To access your Microsoft 365 services (including email) via microsoft 365.com you might need to use your long-form student username. Sign in with this username in the format username@uq.edu.au - this is not a valid email address.

I have applied through the online application system, how can I make a change to my application? To request a change to your application, please log into My Applications and select the Request Change button. You will then be able to enter the details of your request. Please note that we are not able to accept change requests submitted by email.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of protection to make sure it's really you when you log into UQ services and systems. MFA is also referred to as two-factor authentication or 2FA. It requires 2 separate factors to identify you and allow access to your account: Something you ‘know’ (your username and password).

To check if you have access, follow the instructions to open the UQ Digital Workspace. If you don't have access, students and staff can request access to existing software, or request for software to be added, through the UQ Digital Workspace by submitting a: Staff - UQ Digital Workspace request form (staff login required).
