ChemOffice and ChemDraw are available free-of-charge on UQ-owned computers. On Windows computers you can self-install ChemOffice using the Microsoft Software Centre. For macOS computers, ask your local IT support team or submit an IT request to have ChemDraw installed.
A completion statement can be used to confirm that you've completed the requirements of your program before you graduate. This statement meets the current requirements of the Department of Home Affairs and most consulates. A completion statement can only be issued once your grades have been finalised and all program requirements have been met.
Order online. You can order paper or electronic transcripts. If you are waiting for final grades, select 'delayed processing' to ensure your transcript is produced after the release of results.
We recommend submitting printing requests online – there can be long waits for on-the-spot printing at the beginning of the semester. You can also try off-campus bookshops and retailers.
How do I access the Library's online resources? Do I have access to the Library during the Summer break? Do I need a library card to borrow? I'm a UQ graduate, can I still use Library databases? I have a UQ scholarship managed via Workday. Does this give me staff access to the library?
